Clubhouse Golf Academy
A short brand film about Mitch Bach’s lifelong connection to golf and his mission to create a welcoming place for anyone ready to learn the game.

Clubhouse Golf Academy
About the Project
Clubhouse Golf Academy is built on the belief that golf should feel open, approachable, and worth coming back to. This film follows founder and PGA of Canada professional Mitch Bach as he shares the role the game has played in his life, from first picking up a club at a young age to finding purpose in helping others build confidence in it. Mitch’s work centres on making golf enjoyable and accessible to players of all ages and experience. We wanted to make a film that felt less like a standard golf lesson ad and more like an introduction to the person behind the Academy. Alongside Mitch’s story, we included Sarah, one of his clients, to show what joining Clubhouse can feel like from the learner’s side. Her answer to the question, “Why do you golf?” makes the story bigger than instruction. It invites the viewer to reflect on what they are looking for in the game too.
Visual Approach
We took a warm, human approach to the film, letting Mitch’s personality and genuine enthusiasm lead the story. Rather than relying on polished golf imagery alone, we focused on real conversations, one-on-one coaching moments, and the small breakthroughs that make learning a new skill feel rewarding. The visual language balances the quiet focus of the game with the energy of connection. Close details of grips, swings, and practice are paired with candid moments between Mitch and Sarah, making the film feel welcoming rather than intimidating. The goal was to show golf as Mitch sees it: a lifelong pursuit, a source of confidence, and a place where people can belong.
