MNP wanted to show that a career is not separate from the person building it. For this recruitment film, we focused on the people behind the roles: individuals with different personalities, backgrounds, side hustles, and lives outside the office, all connected by a shared commitment to helping clients move forward. MNP’s campaign positions the company as a place where careers can exceed expectations, while celebrating diversity, belonging, flexibility, and individual potential. Rather than making a conventional recruitment video built around job titles and corporate statements, we wanted the film to feel personal. It shows that what each person brings from outside of work can strengthen how they show up for clients, colleagues, and the wider team.
